I'm sure that's a fact Nick.
But it is an interesting subject too, even if ev and battery fires are a extremely small % of the total, it appears they can be pretty powerful things.

We have a electric bike and many things rechargeable in our home, I'm now very careful about where they are left to charge, ie fireproof surfaces and away from anything combustible.
