I remember buying a floppy plastic 45 that came free with private eye when the breathalyser bill was passed.
I seem to recall it was a song based on good king wenceslas tune...
all I can remember is the first line: good king wenceslas got pissed on the feast of Stephen....
and the refrain was something like gord bless Barbara Castle....
and radio gnome springs to mind.......that maybe the stuff the postage stamps were made from.
