The Attachment is of the Phonostage, I recently had produced and bought a few Copper Cap's on this forum, to trial in it.
When these Cap's and the ZFoils were used together in the circuit, it became a Phon' that really got me smitten.
It is now got about about 200 hrs usage, with about 150 hrs of these being a forced 'burn in'.
I heard it free up and become more expansive in the presentation, during the repeat CD Plays.
I have give it my own special name 'Seraphim', as this is a collection of fiery angels singing their hearts out.

Looks very nice. Any chance we can see what's in it and a circuit maybe?

Repeat CD plays ? Phono stage ?
Am I thick this morning (more than usual ) or is the Seraphim more than a phono stage ?

I'm guessing John fed CD player line-level audio into it somehow ( with a drop-down ? ) to help run-in the components.
I did this once for step-up transformers - used 2V rms music on the secondaries and small load resistors on the primaries.

Thank you for showing the interest.
There is not a way of opening the box, the reasons for this are vague, but I am assured are part of the design.
It was burned in on a CD with a supplied device from a friend who builds there own Phon's.
I am hoping to bring this along to Dave Brooks first Club Event, when he is settled in at the new premises.
I can offer Phil ( Pre65) a visit to mine to share in a few hours of how special this one is.

I did something similar using an inverse RIAA card and a potentiometer
TD-125/RB250/MC25FL & 'Snail' phono, NAS/SBT with CS4398 DAC, 41MP pre & MoFo Power, still messing with OBs.

So much for right to repair. There is not a way of opening the box, the reasons for this are vague, but I am assured are part of the design.
