not sure if you caught the nuance in my last post Mark...

'Oh my' has lived with me for nearly 50 years and often comes back to me when I get a reference...

it was the way Peter Ustinov delivered the line.. the thought still makes me smile.

Having a Dizzy period. I’m sorry mine are just images not playable links. I’m having a bad day with my spectrum, someone had turned off the oven wall switch. I’m near to breaking down! Twice that is. My coffee making ocd has been trashed twice in one day!

Listened to the Mali link, didn’t do it for me sorry. My favourite African origin music is

Sadly no - but that suggests I need to watch it again.
Had forgotten that Peter Ustinov was in the cast - what a star.

Yep, thats gone into my library.

Not right this minute, but at 19:30 I attended Clare (Suffolk) church to hear a female choir (20 singers) sing a varied repertoire.

I enjoyed the concert as there was a good proportion of a cappella, which I like.

Probably better than watching drain cleaners clearing excrement.

Not at all on topic to the thread but is to the post; Roxy sat on sofa with me let off, it was so fowl she jumped up in shock and ran away from it. Think she thought it was me. I remained put but man it was hard not to jump up and run as far away as I could.

If I hadn’t read your other post, that wouldn’t sound like like much of a recommendation!
The world looks so different after learning science. For example, trees are made of air, primarily. When they are burned, they go back to air, and in their flaming heat is released the flaming heat of the Sun which was bound in to convert air into tree.

Well Shane, it was mainly for Rays benefit. :)

That's two concerts within a fortnight.

Because of this and realising I only listened to the youtube link, through Apple TV I decided I must be wrong. So the Apple version of it is so much better, the things you spoke of are there now. Yes its a great choice. I can only imagine how much better it is on vinyl.

A man home a lone its a gift, so much going on, multifacited all on pace, all in their own position across the soundstage. Great music for enjoying domensional listening. I love the way the multidude of percussion instruments pop out from their part of the room. Wow.
