Very interesting Mike, apart from Elbow it's all unknown to me. I'll chase some of it down then....YouTube presumably.

I'd had the second track (She Cries Your Name) for yonks, heard somewhere sometime and bought somewhere sometime, it came up in one of my 'compilations last night so on impulse I went and checked out the album. Highly addictive! Well to me. :D

Oh gasp, ffs or whatever... you are going far too fast for me young man - for example... the guitar solo of Hey Joe just stopped me in my tracks this afters. Just perfect like Debussey = bliss & Scot Joplin a hint irritating but spot on none the less.

There is too much music in the world and it's driving me bonkers. Sleepless nights with music whirling around in me head - the new piano doesn't help - it's great!!

But even so?

What Are You Listening To Right This Minute?

Yesterday afternoon, a London based Pirate radio reggae station on FM, no ID, total 1980's throwback sound FX too in amongst playing mainly reggae-ised cover versions from the 60's and 70's.

They played this version of Buffalo Springfield's 'For What Its Worth', I really like this.

It was fun listening.
