The plan is to re-cycle Chris's old speaker cabinets, which are super quality thanks to Colin's workmanship, to use the 4inch Chinese drive units I've had for a while. The first problem to solve is installing the 4in drive unirts in the existing hole, which is too big (and in the process, hide the old driver's screw holes).

I've now got a couple of 3D printed 'hole reducers, see pictures below. They work pretty well, but I have a residual problem that the screw holes for the 4in drivers fall right on the edge of the existing MDF, which is bevelled too, compounding the paucity of material so I'm going to have to botch some sort of arrangement to give the screws something to fix into.
