Anyone know of a cheap source for the Audiotechnica technihard heavy headshells?
Audiocubes want about £60.....

They are about £35 in Japan. I'm going to get some the next time my brother comes over (he lives there). Probably early next year if you can wait.

Gerry, that would be great. I would take a 13g, 15g and 18g if possible.

Yes, the AT-LH1?/OCC ones.
That's not a bad price actually, but you'd have to add on shipping, import duty, VAT...

i got one of these last year for the m3d ,it cost about £50 and was delivered within 8 days, no import duties paid!

its ok's, better than the sme 3009 headshells which flex far to much
but i could not tell the difference compared to a quality alloy one with some lead attached...

That is a good price. They look like they will accept screw in weights? I'm assuming that's a threaded hole in the top?

Max yes they take weights. They are the generic disco deck headshells. Nothing wrong with them ...work fine. You can get them cheaper here or here. However
these are excellent and what I use most of the time.
