Well plain clothed Police in unmarked car followed me all the way to Driffield and tried all the tricks in the book to coax me into false sense of security. It was the fact I knew who they were that made them fail. Whenever they backed away out of sight I slowed down where my speed limit is 50 I stayed at 45, which on the whole I do anyway. In the end they went right round Scarborough roundabout in Driffield and gave me up as a lost cause.

Where are theywhen the boy racers on the same road try to intimidate me into speeding overtake me on solid double white line giving me the wanker sign and a toot for good measure. Polics should be looking for those guys. Not intimidating people with clean licenses.

Its been polished in ways that looks nice to the eye, more like C.png

Its a joke around the fact that one is the compressed form of the other, not sure it has to have a point.

I may be wrong but I do believe most folk realise that.

The PNG thing is a bit subtle and over complicated, plus PNGs are not always compressed (level 0).

Well dispite being subtle and over complicated you seem to have understood it just fine.

That's the thing about jokes - when you play with them they don't necessarily improve; it was a pretty niche joke to start with though most with a basic knowledge of chemistry would have got it. I'm not sure that'd be the case with "c.png", especially given the edge condition.

Analysing a joke is rarely a good plan anyway.

It’s just the left sounding horn.
Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?
