It's a computer game.

Panic over Brian.

I think a flying saucer is coming to take you away.

I'd offer to take your place, but I fear the aliens would take one look and reject me.andrew Ivimey wrote: Wed Oct 23, 2024 9:00 pm I think a flying saucer is coming to take you away.

I've had an ongoing situation with Royal London Insurance (since Dec 2023) regarding an old policy held by my late wife, who died in 2006.
I have made many phone calls this year, and although everyone was polite, and seemingly helpful, no one has ever contacted me back with any information. So, the other day I made an official complaint.
This morning I got a phone call from customer services apologising profusely, and promising to (hopefully) sort the matter out very soon.
As a measure of good will they are sending a hamper, with wine, to placate me. Should be here within 5 days.

Couple of days ago caught a mouse - but I think there's another one that's died somewhere!

If you think there's another then it's a rat. Mice, voles, and shrews don't go smelly; there's a reason for the saying, "I smell a rat." Differentiating unseen dead rodents by smell is just one of the skills unwillingly acquired by cat-owners. Catching live rodents with the vacuum cleaner is another.
In the end, it's all physics...
