There's a whole series out there; sultans of swing as done by Jimi and that Pink Floyd guitarist and that PFG doing all along the watchtower and Mark thingie doing comfortably numb and on and on and on. Very interesting and not without humour. Very impressive - oh how I wish!
Philosophers have only interpreted the world - the point, however, is to change it. No it isn't ... maybe we should leave it alone for a while.

It's cute, but actually quite clever. Personally, I would class it as a curiosity rather than a joke.

As regards "better ways", apart from running the engine whilst cleaning the car, it doesn't require external power or hoover bags etc. and can be done anywhere.

Boring, I know, but clever...

I wonder how you'd get it to work with an EV :)
