Thanks gents we are up to 25 which is a great number considering the last couple of years of going on's.

I have had to commit to a more expensive buffet than I was initially quoted for, the girl who I was dealing with was under some pressure.
So please dont expect much in the way of change from £20 a head. Hopefully a nice lunch though and tea /coffee as usual.

I have to give numbers by next weekend ( they require 7 day notice for buffet nos.) So if your going to cancel, please do before next Saturday.
Otherwise I'm committed to paying for your meal...

Lastly there is still covid around..
I for one will be wearing a mask through the day. I will also be completing a home covid test before I turn up..
I hope you will all do the same.. the covid test especially.. the mask is your choice.
I do hope that's not a problem to any one..

I'm happy to do a test prior to travelling but, psychologically, I find it exhausting to wear a mask for more than a short time (it triggers rising 'panic' related to a childhood near-drowning experience) so I don't plan to wear a mask - if that is a problem for anyone please say upfront so I can amend my plans - I'm already committed to driving up to Yorkshire to deliver some items I've sold.

I'm booked in for my booster jab on the Friday evening so hopefully no after affects.

Yes I think the last time we met was at Warwick.

I missed this years event, Retrotech(?) and the HiFi Show at Daventry due to various cataract op related problems, but all OK now.

Fully in favour of Lateral Plow test prior to Owston, Lateral Floe is a lovely lady, and very testing.

No problem with buffet price.

Looking forward to event.

Seems I can get a return ticket (actually 2 singles is cheaper) from deepest Kent to Donny for under 50 quid... Gets into Donny at 10:22... 4:31:00 and 3 changes

How long does a taxi take from the station to the pub & what does it cost?

A taxi from the station would be about 15 to 20 minutes
