I get regular sales propaganda from digi-key, which usually goes straight in the deleted items....today, for some reason, I lingered....and discovered this, which I thought may be of interest to some:

There's a few of these around - Crydom, Omron, Infineon and others.

They're incredibly useful and available in a whole range of powers and sizes...

I know that Nick uses them too. One cool thing about them is when switching AC they can automatically switch at the zero volt crossing point to minimise noise...

...forgot to add Sharp - the S202S02 was the standard one I used, but Sharp seem to have pulled out of this market. Shame, as it was a nice device...
