A video about the successor to the Rolls Royce Merlin engine that was never put into production. To be honest I'd never heard of it before.It was called the Crecy.

My brain isn't wired for mathematics but I do work with some clever mathematics/celestial dynamics people though; a former colleague has just passed away aged 91 - his idea of a pastime in his retirement years was to calculate future eclipse dates using a pocket calculator.

Some folk do have a weird idea of what constitutes"fun".

My father, every night before going to sleep, would ask my mother to give him a random 5 digit number.

He would then mentally determine the cube root, write it down and go to sleep, only checking his answer in the morning.
