And that's not musical eh! Shoddy is what springs to mind.
Philosophers have only interpreted the world - the point, however, is to change it. No it isn't ... maybe we should leave it alone for a while.

If you like "heavy duty" engineering and machining give Kurtis from Cutting Edge Engineering (in Australia) a look. Plenty of repairs to earthmoving and construction machinery.

This is his latest video, but plenty more from the past.

I'm finding all of the 'Tyrrell's Classic Workshop' videos very absorbing :

This series with Harry's ( Metcalf ) garage, restoring the Espada engine and roof, was also an excellent :

Looks like he's located on Broughton airfield, near the Airbus site.

Any of Allen Millyard's videos are worth 10 of any other on YouTube.

Clearly he is a talented man, but there's loads of other interesting material on the channel.

I'm getting more into local history, particularly railway based, and at the moment in the Yorkshire area.

SWMBO, I and the dog were down at the Dungeness nature reserve yesterday and visited Derek Jarman's house & garden which has the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway at the bottom of the garden - saw a couple of old chuffers go through (set against the charming brutalist backdrop of the nuclear power station).

SWMBO (who does the Wim Hoff cold swimming thing) had a dip but there's a strong undertow there so with my stuffed knee, I didn't join her, even though it's right by the RNLI station.

Had lunch at the Fish Hut just up the road from there. Highly recommended.

It's a good spot, I've been there twice and spend many hours on the beach, taking photos of the disintegrating boats and other industrial debris. I remember having a fish & chip lunch in the pub ( what's it called, the 'Three-Eyed Cod' ? ) both times we were there.

There's "The Pilot Inn", but the Fish Hut is the best by far IMO - https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restauran ... gland.html

There's also the PLUTO (Pipeline Under The Ocean) Cottage - a secret oil pumping station disguised as a cottage nearby - the pipeline that went from Walton on Thames through there to Boulogne was called DUMBO.

It's very very impressive but I wonder how it handles and if he's done anything to improve the frame rigidity. I can't remember if the 2 strokes were like
the early 4 strokes ie Z1 ie dire. Good to see it has dual front brakes.
I wonder if it sounds as good as the triples.

One of the nice things about the FIAT is that it makes this thing almost look sensible:

The world looks so different after learning science. For example, trees are made of air, primarily. When they are burned, they go back to air, and in their flaming heat is released the flaming heat of the Sun which was bound in to convert air into tree.

I've seen the Fiat S76 on many of the Youtube programmes about the Goodwood hillclimb that i was watching in the last few weeks. It creases me that it doesn't have any exhaust pipes, the flames just come out of the bonnet and burn the paintwork !
