Well that was a most unpleasant 10 days. ended up with an inner ear infection which hurt, the pain from which spread up my head and right into my jaw so my teeth on one side were very painful aswell.
Just finished a course of antibiotics, which seems to have sorted it. Ive only had to take one set of painkillers today which is rather better than it was a week ago.
Still abit jelly headed .
Its the first ive ive been badly in years, save for the odd cold.
Didnt like it one bit...... ill be straight back to the doctors if it comes back. If i can get in anyway

Jean helped her Mum fill in the large print Census form, and Jean posted it on the 21st March. The large print form came by post on the 18th March.

So far, Jeans Mum has had one visit, and three letters.

Thanks Greg, I've amended the post to read March.

Phil, my experience from 2011 is that the census is extremely well organised and visits are based on regularly updated information about census returns. I can't imagine that the 2021 is less well organised so I would conclude that the census form has been delayed in the post - it wouldn't be a rare event in the current situation.

I was given a new (but a few years old) Panasonic bread maker the other day.

Reading through the recipes, I notice a few cake menus, so I'm trying my hand at a marmalade cake.

Licking the bowl was nice, but it might take a while to clear up all the mess.

We have a Panasonic bread maker. Use it all the time. Home made bread is far superior to shop bought.

Yup, us too. Well JTS really. She uses it just to make dough sometimes too.

DIET. ... We don't just eat the dough raw... she makes bread rolls with it.

Me too! We regularly use our Panasonic breadmaker. It's nice to experiment with the different types/styles/flavours too

The cake is delicious, but if I do another one I'll put a tad less ginger in.

I have got some farmhouse wholemeal bread mix and some sachets of breadmaking yeast for the first real bread experiment.
