Ooh, they came over that last hill very fast. Must have been doing 25mph through the KOM line on Marine drive .
I do hope nobody got wiped-out on the way down into Llandudno - the North side of Marine drive is not the sort of road I'd like to use for a descent in a race. Lots of rough tarmac, stone walls, tight bends, rock faces and very short routes down to the sea, if you make a mistake

Weather was lovely. The views out over Conwy estuary to the mtns were just superb . Very calm conditions, hazy late summer light , you could hear a strimmer at 3 miles .

They didn't stop at a pub for 'thirst-quenching' on the way through? Pffftttt... amateurs! :)

Yesterday, another silver one.

Good effort !
I think I managed to occupy a handful of pixels as the camera panned round showing the riders crossing the hillclimb line on Marine Drive Llandudno ... but I can't be 100% sure. My right arm did make it onto S4C once while watching the Snowdon mountain race.

You might have been pleased to receive the message if it had been wrongly delivered.
