Good question. Must have been another picture thread I've lost at the moment. Can't find the shots of the drivers on the big Iwata horns at the moment either.

Apparently the output valve is a HK154

Gammatron. DH Triode, thoriated, cylindrical anode - tantalum. Grid and plate connections come in from the side
