#1 WANTED. Danbury DB1191 transformer.

Post by pre65 »

I've got one of those here, but I need a pair.

Or, a pair of anything similar.

Sec 1 is 0-240v or 0-260v 125mA

Sec 2 is 6.3v CT 1.5A.

The 6.3v winding is not vital.

You can have it for what I paid plus p&p. I'll look at my records tomorrow.

I had two - one I bought from Mike H and is in use.

The other came in a job lot - I suspect it was around 30 quid.

Let me know if that's OK.

The project I wanted this for has been re-ignited, so I wonder if,

A) Do you (Nick DS) still have this item ?

B) If so, is it still for sale ?

Thanks in anticipation.

Thanks - I meant to reply earlier. I've had a good look and though it's showing in my records as still being here, It's not to be found - not in the boxes of audio transformers and not with the HV stuff either. I have a lurking, but unconfirmed, suspicion that it was used for an electrophoresis experiment last year.

There is so much stuff here (literally tonnes) that if it's not organised as per the good Rev. Goodrich ("A place for everything and everything in its place") I'm a bit lost (as is the object in question).

I will keep looking...
