It's very easy to justify dictatorship. The problem then becomes one of finding the correct dictator.

The odd thing was that the B arc was not supposed to survive. Very human.

I've just glanced at that document that Phil linked to. I'm intrigued. It seems it was published a little after my time but it looks well comprehensive.

Yours truly was immersed in Prince 2 back in the day and I'm wondering how much has changed since...anybody have a handle on this?

apologies for the seriousness of the post..it's certainly not humour...well, not to most people anyway.
