So many shows on simultaneously... Classic Car restoration, the outdoor show, the self-build show, The Cycle Show etc ...

Late in the day, but a short report...

I only saw MJ, DtB & Thomas. General attendance level was ok-ish. It's a massive hall and there were probably 200+ stalls, but no one seemed to be buying anything.

They taste spot-on, however I'd have preferred a coarser grind, say 7 or 8mm. The largest diameter plate I have for the grinder only does 5mm - the sausages are still lovely ...
