Most of the Linn arms and also the Mission 774 will fit near enough spot on.

The original arm can be fettled to work really well, but a pig to rewire though.

My wife went ballistic when I mentioned it to her :shock: She chucked everything I had said over the years about why not to do this (especially about 'there is no thing as a free lunch....") so I will not be looking into it any further - especially if they are after £500 of my hard earned.........

In IT, critical usually refers to applications where lives may be put at risk. If normal(standard spec) cat5 were even slightly suspect does anybody really think that it would be used in such applications. If it were a risk area then the spec would be improved and a better cable would be designed/e...
