My colleague uses Eagle but he's had it for years and so has a license that is not the subscription model. He loves Eagle and it does look very good but I didn't want to pay that much, or anything...

As Paul said, I think I'd suspect that LCR PSU cap since it is common to both channels. Might be on its way out.
