Owston is north east of Doncaster. Where are you ? Live East of Leeds (Garforth) so about a 30 minute drive or so. Where about in Owston (assuming I can pop along?) your more than welcome.. its on the main A19 about 10 mins south of the m62, on your right as phils says i like to know the numbers......

i was going to sort out the px25 amp as it hums rathere loudly... but time is ticking buy ... so it will be hum as usual...

I have another question concerning the damping material. My girlfriend works with different kinds of polymers. she can make latex foam, and polyurethane foam in any density and shape. I was thinking that maybe will be good using latex foam (more durability than polyurethane foam) glued to the cabin...

i would guess the miniscule magnet driving that realitively large cone will ensure there is little in the way of life protrayed... i would try the speaker on a baffle board about 2" square..sh bass excepted .. will let you know what the speaker can do in the mids and treble when i was 16 i hank...

Yes, I am not for one moment suggesting the amps in question will not be great amps, I think a properly done 300b SET can be wonderous and those look like they are properly done. Its just the "different speakers" aspect. But thinking about the people I know I think are using 300b SET amps...

Would turning up at random be a problem?
