Both have the detachable finger lift and Allen key. Offered here first for £37 each plus the postage of your choice or £75 for the pair, ...

Re: Our friend Nick Baker

I’m truly devastated with Nick’s passing. He was a great friend and a really decent, genuine person who was always happy to help others whenever he could. As Greg said, he was a special part of our listening sessions and of our lives, he will be greatly missed. My thoughts are with Alison and all of...

I can picture Phil in a Shelby AC Cobra, wearing a cloth cap and puffing on a pipe full of Mellow something or other.

I like the 512 berlinetta boxer, saw two of them at Bob Houghtons in Northleach when I did some work there several years back.

Wanted. Modusshop chassis for F6 build

Long shot, but has anyone got an unloved, unwanted Deluxe 4U Modusshop chassis they could move on. Wanting to finish building my Nelson Pass F6 power amp and thought I would ask here before ordering a new one from Italy. Not too bothered about condition.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Woodwork terminology.

Hi Phil,

I may have some in oak, it will be around 22mm square and around 700mm length wise. Can’t remember the rebate size but it will probably be around 5mm. I will check in the morning for you.

Re: Nothing In Particular

Can’t you just change the complete heating element? The thermostat sits into that, it’s not separate, I recently replaced my element because it had corroded.

Very sad news, he was one of my favourite two rock drummers, up there with Ian Paice. Saturday will now be a Rush tribute day, on vinyl, obviously.

RIP Neil.

Re: Collected Router info

I agree with Ant and Colin, cheap cutters are not always accurate and some can be extremely dangerous as well, not worth the risk imho.

Re: Collected Router info

I use the blue Bosch routers and have two GOF1700ace machines, both are easily over 25 years old and still going strong. Also have the Hitachi M12 and an old Elu. For smaller work I use the little Makita that has several different bases, nice and light and can be used one handed. Howdens can be a go...

Thanks Neal.
An award! Hopefully it will be a pie, not that I need one though. :)
