I'm spending this week attending an indoor bowls championship in Lincoln, and am billeted at the Poachers inn at Metheringham.
We have a nice mews type flat with two bedrooms behind the pub.

Omeprazole to be accurate. I did stop taking them a year or so ago, and they were removed from my prescription, but I still have enough left for 4 weeks @ 2 per day.

I went to see my doctor this afternoon, got an face to face appointment within two hours of ringing up.
She's changed one of my BP medications and reinstated an "acid" pill for one month.
So, should be right as rain in a day or so.

Basildon social services have funded 4 weeks recovery for Mum in a care home at Laindon, quite close to Mike H's old stamping ground.

Perhaps calling it the 7 day bug was a misnomer ? I bumped into a lady up the road whilst using the local post box. She told me she had something similar, but after 5 weeks she was still feeling some minor symptoms and the lack of any energy. Time will tell. After getting over the 21 day bug, I see...
