Re: Sars-Cov-2 stuff

Is the 2nd prescription Steroid medication?

IME Co-codomal helped muscle pain but not joint pain. Just IME.

Overruled!

On a Dirtfud to Sarfend ride I encountered Mount Thundersley. It was awful.

Re: freddie's gone to pot

Just looked at the price of CTS pots.... hmmmmm. I have a glorious Jazzmaster which needs a new volume control. And I am 'irritated' about CTS when I've used lots of Alps for Strats and the odd Tele hugely cheaper and really .... what is the difference!? About 15 quid, pfffttt! Tone is in the finge...

Re: Is this a Valve of some kind?

Top finding! Thanks both very much. Yes, the pub had walls and walls of very interesting 'stuff', lots of it relating to the Goodwin sands, the Naval and Army forts in the Thames Estuary and relics from shipwrecks in the English Channel. Its the Freed Man Micropub in Walmer, Kent. https://www.thefre...

Re: The Audio-Talk Motorcycling thread.

I see you put Scob's saddle on for the ride! Ha! Yeah, it looks very similar to a B17 doesn't it but actually it was a sprung saddle IIRC, maybe a B67. The owner had done a cracking job of restoring the whole bike. There were two at the Norman bash. Norman were a bicycle manufacturer based in Ashfo...

Is this a Valve of some kind?

Does anyone know what this is per chance? It was in a pub I was in the other day but the fella serving didn't actually know what it was. To me it looks like a valve of some sort but I couldn't reach the shelf to get it down and have a closer look which is probably just as well as I'd had a few beers...

Re: The Audio-Talk Motorcycling thread.

I had a ride on this the other day, its a 1941 Norman Motobyk (so we believe) powered by a 98cc Villiers Junior Deluxe motor with a single gear and a clutch. Its way more fun than you'd imagine.
