I looked online at some pictures of the model he says it is but none are in the really dark wood that his are made from.

I've heard back from him, he says....
The guitar is a D12e dreadnought.
It feels much more manageable to me than my Epiphone dreadnought, since PMR I'm not as flexible as I used to be and really noticed how easier it was to play the Martin.

No it wasn't that one in the video, it was a standard non-cutaway acoustic shape, and dark brown in colour.

It was called a Road Series I think, I was too busy plucking away to take much notice TBH! It had a little digital tuner tucked away in the bottom of the sound hole that's only viewable by the player, clever stuff.

We've been up near Liverpool visiting my bro-in-law. He plays guitar, very well actually.
He's recently got a Martin acoustic, it's the most awesome acoustic I've ever played, it plays like every note is the same volume. Some magic and mirrors going on I think, or maybe it's just a very nice ...

Kawai made some odd things. I remember that moon shape one. I used to have a kawai with a solid aluminium 24 fret mech with a rosewood facing.
I remember reading about a guitar made by Travis Been that had an aluminium neck, Stanley Jordan found it great for his 2 handed tapping technique it ...
