Re: Side Projects

I find when balance seems wrong, your first action should be to turn round. If balance inverts its your ears. Problem answered. Not solved though.

Re: 833A (GU-48) Amp

That’s a tough call. I planned a 212 amp for them, for which Pieter was tasked. Less likely I’ll build it but not ready to give up, just dormant addressing survival.

Re: 833A (GU-48) Amp

I agree and the acf2 would make it an unfair comparrison.

At the moment Im surviving, building an amp into A2 is not high enough on Maslow’s hierachy of needs in a snapshot of my life as it is now. I may never get back to it as far more urgent basic needs are neglected.

Well done Ant. Ref youre daughter, was exactly the same for Sam. He did the charity shop volunteering. He finally got an interview at Cooplands. They asked him in the interview whether he had applied for many jobs. He said 100,’s. Then he felt awkward and said “ perhaps I shouldnt have said that”. B...

Re: Nothing In Particular

Its a growing trend to only find a text conversation with AI in such scenarios. AI simply finish the conversation with a “I havent had enough training for that.” A I engaged me by email when out of the blue it was taken for granted I would naturally be renewing my business insurance. Id already gone...

Re: Nothing In Particular

I ended up removing the burner unit, giving it a decoke, and replacing the jet with a used one from a previous service. Seems to be cutting in and out better than yesterday/this morning, but because of the position I was working in I've strained my back. :( At least I'm warm. :) Oh sod it, my place...

Re: Nothing In Particular

It just sprang to mind, one night as a nurse I was involved in a case of drug dose for a child. I wouldnt counter sign because I knew the dose wasn’t the right volue of injection for a child. More like ten times the volume. But all the formularies on the ward stated the Dr prescribing was right. The...

Re: Nothing In Particular

I think spam is no longer appropriate name. Emails ebay messages if I was still on social media, that too. 600 percent more spam than the time I found a usa internet talk group on valve audio when I first heard the term Spam. Spam has run away with every place and needs a name change. Best thing tha...
