Managed to snap a bicep tendon yesterday. Been for an x-ray today, will get a call next week for an ultrasound to determine the extent of the damage and if surgery is required, I'm pretty sure it is.

Yes indeed, there is something very appealing about the reels going round and round. They can sound extremely good though. The four track was my first machine, took a punt on ebay at about £200 several years ago not expecting much- the seller told me it had been in his uncle's loft for twenty years ...
