If you could. The 12v is to power a Monica DAC which requires 12v or less.

Thanks for the info. I just need to know what versions of I'm getting. Nick suggested the idea of me ordering 2 x 12v pcb and then swapping one for a 5v to avoid the smd. Is this what is happening?

Yes, but what I was suggesting Lee, was if you got two 12v with op amps, then we could swap one of those for a bare board and a DIL opamp for 5v, that gives you what you need, and provides another 12v board without needing fitting the opamp for spomeone else. just a thought. Gotcha, wish I'd though...

I believe the AD825 is for the 12v version, AD817 being used in the 5v.

I've yet to order my pcb's so could get them with opamps already soldered. But that won't help those already have the pcb/use stripboard.

Never soldered smd, but I'll try anything once as it appears there is no better altrnative.
