No news from Greg about his new car ?

Hopefully he is too busy enjoying it

Indeed, I absolutely love it. Had it now for just under three weeks. Last weekend I did a 180 mile round trip and enjoyed driving it so much, I didn’t want the journey to come to an end. I now have a smart charger fitted at home. Now, when my solar PV system is generating, instead of diverting any excess current into the grid which is virtually a total loss system, I can now divert it into the car. That’s right...free green fuel

I'm glad you like it Greg, I'm probably a teeny bit envious.

Had a think about it, no not envious, but I am happy for Greg, I know last year he was very enthusiastic about the car. Well done for taking the plunge.
Makes up a bit for my 254 g/km generation of CO2. Though I am working from home now and intend to continue as such so that’s my overall footprint reduced by 20k a year.

Probably and a extra two hours a day. Though I can easily find things to spend it on.

Very nice, I'm not very au fait with the Boxster / Cayman but at least the engine is in a better position for handling.
Do they have the "problematic" IMS bearings like the 911 ?
