Are there any other components in the MoFo :-)

A few resistors and a choke. Though the choke might be a step too far to put on the board

I put the output and input caps off the board too Simon,
The tube manual is quite like a telephone book. The number of it perfect. It is useful to make it possible to speak with a girl. But we can't see her beautiful face from the telephone number

All this faffing about! I now have a proven set of gerber files for a MoFo board - less than £6 for 5 PCBs delivered via JLCPCB...

Wow, at that sort of price I'd have a few more as spares.

Phil, the boards you had off me before were spare ones from some I purchased via DIY Audio and have 2oz copper - I still have a pair for myself. The gerber files I have are the same layout but that price is for 1oz copper. You can pay extra for 2oz if you think it's required. I've not checked it out but the tracks carrying the higher currents are quite substantial so I imagine 1oz will be fine in most instances?

Is the 2oz version much more expensive ?

I'd pay a bit more for better tracks.

See attached, this is the price for 10 PCBs with 2oz copper. Reducing the quantity to 5 (minimum order) will save about £2.

If there's interest I'm happy to order a batch of PCBs and distribute them at cost?

2oz is nice for high current traces...

Years ago I wrote a calculator that allows you to see the effects of changes in track dimension...

You can play with the track thickness...

If you're going to do a run Ray I'll have some please. At the cost I'd have quite a few 6 to 10 even.

I don't need any myself but I'm happy to order a batch, 4 for Phil and 6 for Simon gives a nice round order quantity. Do you want 1oz or 2oz copper?

I have an order to place for some other boards tomorrow so I'll add to that order and we can share the delivery cost.
