Talking to the venue today but should be able to add to the buffet numbers for saturday if any one else wants to come ?

Looking forward to this one.
What's the protocol for leaving equipment overnight? - Ideally I wouldn't tear down and set everything up again for Sunday.

We leave it as it is and start again the next day. The room is locked when the pub shuts.

Seems to be between 9:00 and 10:00. The earlier you get there, the better your table choice.

Getting close..

The cost for the weekend are..
£15 FOR THE SATURDAY TO INCLUDE BUFFET LUNCH AND UNLIMITED TEA & COFFEE

£5 FOR THE SUNDAY (NO LUNCH INC) UNLIMITED TEA & COFFEE

MEALS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE BAR.

Money will be collected on Saturday lunch time as usual.
no profit is made, all the money goes to the venue.
