does what mean that Nick and Colin will be listening in the back garden?
I can't see any reference...have I missed something?
Colin has built a pair of prototype speakers for Nick.

I don't really understand why you posted that Phil or what it means, but I do find myself annoyed by it for some reason.

As it happens I am planning on having a day off work and going over to see Colin tomorrow, and the layout of his house will mean that a couple of doors can be opened and I will be able to listen to them while being in the back garden.
I am with Nick on your posting, Phil. To clarify the situation and remain within the current law what I should have said on the speaker thread should have read, quote: I Updated Nick yesterday and he is hoping to pop over to Topps Towers Friday afternoon to pick up the speakers and perhaps whilst in the garden have a listen to the speakers through the opened conservative double doors. Should be fun.

I expect you will try and poke fun with that clarification as I sure you can't to resist. But please don't as I will not take it kindly, emoticon or not!

Hardly offensive, but as I said I didn't understand what point you were trying to make.

Hi Nick
I was quite impressed with a Quasar Design at Owston and you was very communicative with me about the design and offered good quality information in support of it.
The fact you have stuck very close to the design principles speaks volumes for your support for this concept.
I'm looking forward to your thread for the reports on the impressions made and how you choose to evolve the design.

Looks like our man in Bedford might be facing lockdown AGAIN !

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-b ... s-53225434

And now the rant.

I can't believe the volume of "mess" that people are leaving behind them when they venture out after lockdown.

They go to see pretty parts of the countryside and leave them looking like a war zone.

WHY ?.

WHY ?.
Because they’re scum, that’s why. This is Britain in the second decade of the 21st century. We’re surrounded by entitled see you next tuesdays who have no respect for anything. The spirit of London 2012 has long since evaporated.

They’re just beer swilling weapons of mass consumption, programmed to function by social media and right wing tabloid bullshit. Loathsome creatures, who couldn’t give a feck about anything but their own instant gratification. And you can bet your bottom dollar they’ll be the ones stripping all the bog roll out of supermarkets again when there is a second spike and local lockdowns start to be imposed.

I dread to think what is going to happen on Saturday. Whipped up by the Sun and the Express, It’ll be the mother of all piss-ups, bound to end in bloodshed.
