Am I right it is Tryfan on the immediate left and the Glyders in the background?IslandPink wrote: ↑Mon May 25, 2020 1:21 pm Along the lines of "let's have a look at what you could have won " :

Tryfan on left. Y Garn in centre, Foel Goch just visible, partly obscured by Pen Yr Ole Wen, its summit on right.
The Glyders are more or less behind Tryfan.

Yes of course. I think Devil’s Kitchen is also there. An area I absolutely love but not been there for a while. When this nonsence subsides, I think I’ll make a trip a priority.

Does for me. I can read about such things, and have an opinion, but it stops there.

Well, he has no control over it (as its an event in the past) but he can do something about it which he is doing by letting people know.
I think its perfectly reasonable to get angry about things. My version of this is to not worry about things you cant control, but that’s not the case here.

Thanks Nick. I think many of the problems we have nowadays are due to people being too passive about politics and public behaviour. Step by step we are trained into accepting more and more disgraceful behaviour.

ps. I wrote a letter to my MP yesterday.

What is the difference between what I said, and what you said then Nick ?
Me - "Do not worry about things you have no control over."
Nick - "to not worry about things you can't control"
PS I also contacted my MP (by Email) yesterday. But I'm not worrying about it.
