Swam for the first time since the big 'un - just 2.4km.

Not breathing heavily at all but a bit tired. Amazing how quickly fitness rolls off when you get older.

Not going to swim every day, but every other and intersperse with running and gym .. no cycling for nearly 2 months yet... 46C today with crap visibility as we're the grateful recipient of the tail end of a monster sand storm...
