The tube manual is quite like a telephone book. The number of it perfect. It is useful to make it possible to speak with a girl. But we can't see her beautiful face from the telephone number

Sorry to hear about your woe, I'm glad it cheered you up Steves.

I've been cheered up too, my ol' Honda went for £730 last weekend, yey!

Bye bye 'ol Chum, we did 45,000 happy miles together, you were ace.

There's not a lot else one can say in a situation like this.

My condolences to you and Lesley, and your families. :(

Most probably but I’ve ordered a new one, not too expensive, I’ve also replaced the water pump as I don’t want that’s failing after I get it all back together again....right off to boil some Pasta, Dave has a large hole that needs filling

Was it my imagination , or was Dean Harrison really shifting in that TT Superbike race ?
I mean, not just 'shifting' but ... like... insane ?

Yep, it looked a bit close to being out of control a few too many times for me. But just riding round the track once in a day forced me to go and drink beer to calm down :-)

I got into a tank-slapper landing after Ballaugh Bridge. And this was doing substantially less than half the speed of the professionals!
There's no question, riding the TT circuit is a magical experience, regardless of the type of machine ridden - well, almost. I think a circuit on an LE Velocette would be less than inspiring. "Evenin' all." (Quick knees bend.)

This years TT has been one of the best I have seen for many a year - just watching the Senior TT race.
Plus - one day I need to visit during the TT fortnight.

Also - excited as my daughter has told me that she doesn't want to drive a car and has been looking for doing motorbike lessons (she is 21) - bless her 8)

Yep, I managed to get windy corner completely wrong one morning ride around and end up on the grassy bank. Unfortunately it was a race day so there was already people there to witness my embarrassment :-)
