I've been given a Samsung DVD-VR350M, which is a VCR and DVD player. It also has DVD record facilities, and seems to be able to dub from video cassette to DVD, which is something I'd like to try.
Problem is, it has no HDMI connection, so I need a SCART -HDMI adaptor to use with my new TV. I found some on Ebay, but wondered if anyone had any practical experience of them ?

I don't suppose anyone is interested, but the SCART - HDMI adaptor was delivered a few minutes ago.
It does what it says on the box.
At least I can now play old VCRs. Will try the VCR - DVD dubbing facility later Ron.
