Taking delivery of the new FB-OTP MK2 Phono preamp soon. It's just been off for some engraving on the front panel. I have missed having this in the system for the last day or so! CD just doesn't do it for me lol.

Why not? As a builder of my own stuff I'm more interested in looking at the internals of gear to see the build quality, type of parts used and how the designer/builder has solved certain challenges. I'm not interested in reverse engineering. There's a whole 'nother forum full of schematics etc if I want to build good stuff-must get on with my Aleph X, Aleph J and BA3. If I want to look at pretty case work a quick google search would satisfy my needs.
