The tube manual is quite like a telephone book. The number of it perfect. It is useful to make it possible to speak with a girl. But we can't see her beautiful face from the telephone number

Yorkshire HiFi Club

Date:- Sunday 24th Sept 2017

Time:- 10.00 am onwards

Venue:- Brook Audio in Huddersfield

Address:- 9 Brook Street HD1 1EB

Location:- 100 yards from the railway station

Parking:- Loading bays on Brook Street free to park in all day, Brook Street has its own car park about 70p per hour or various other car parks dotted near by

Toilets:- 50 yards away in Tescos entrance, if you are peckish during the meeting Tescos have sandwiches etc.

Refreshments:- Tea and coffee on the day, pie and chips afterwards in the craft ale pub round the corner if anyone wants to join us

Format:- Old men talking shite and listening to music through other people's and their own kit

PLEASE BRING AT LEAST 1 OF YOUR FAVOURITE LP'S/CD'S/SACD'S/PEN DRIVE ETC OR 3 MAXIMUM

IF YOU ARE BRINGING SOME KIT PLEASE ONLY BRING 1-2 ITEMS OR WE WONT HAVE TIME TO HEAR IT ALL I EXPECT

cant make this one , I'm reliant on a female wheelchair operator.
alas she is in control till I start to walk or we get an electronic one because progress is slow. Have a good time

Too right David. It was a cracker. I've learned more today than I've learned in years.

Had a long conversation with Chris and Colin re my semi omnis. Listened to their observations, carried out Chris's suggestions when I got home. All I can say is I owe them both several pints.

I genuinely couldn't hear what Chris was trying to explain, but decided to do what he suggested and trust that he knew what he was talking about.

I now hear exactly what he meant and if it hadn't been for Nick's piece of "specialist" Herbie Hancock, the conversation between me and Chris (who just happened to know this track inside out) might not have happened.

So Happy now you wouldn't believe it! :D :D :D
