Gotta say - I hope one day to be able to have one of these as a second car. Maybe I'm biased because it's the first family car I remember - my dad had one from just after I was born until I was 10 years old (god only knows why he replaced it with a Maxi of all things).
I don't know if you could legitimately call it the British motor industry's finest hour when the Jag E-type exists, but I think this runs it a close second. A 4-door saloon that just looks utterly fantastic from every angle. Think about how this must have looked in 1963.
