AH okay... so they are stopping the service unless we pay? I can see why they might want to charge for their service.

So Phil, who was paying? I mean one could argue, for example, that we in the West have had a free lunch on the back of the poor developing countries.

I helped a friend out by taking a motorcycle to Stoney Stanton in my van.
I'd agreed to do the job for a fixed fee (just fuel in reality) and we had a pub lunch on the way back which he paid for.
Sausage and mash washed down with a 1/2 of fruity cider, and it was delicious.
