Numb Bum is a understatement, I've got matching Numb Cream Crackers
Got a couple of 11K's on the exercise bike at high resistance, averaging 83 RPM .
Going to the Doc's about the High Blood Pressure, so the over laden ship has finally left the port.

Ooooo John you do need a good sorting out. See what the Doc says and take it from there.
I hope we can addcolour and inspiration but you are free to tell us to get on our bikes!!!

Philosophers have only interpreted the world - the point, however, is to change it. No it isn't ... maybe we should leave it alone for a while.

Some might say I need a "Fixie"

'pyours !
Meanwhile - some progress
Just came back from standard ride to Llanbedr DC church & back. 1 hr 12 m 30s , avg pulse 135. Felt pretty good to 50mins, so that's a distinct improvement on Sunday. Got cold feet though , I was glad I''d put on a t-shirt under the long-sleeved top with the Helly vest, also the thermal longs. Very thin NE breeze blowing.
Pic below shows a flavour of the lower half of the route, it's mostly on the B-road that joins up with the main Ruthin/Mold road by the church with the tower.

You and Ray have got some funny named places round your neck of the woods haven't you
I didn't get out today, raining hard pretty much all day. I did a vintage 70's piccie of one of DIY'd bikes, look at them handlebars! 70's-tastic!
Single rear brake (fitted to the right hand!), no front.... fearless and gormless at the same time.

Are you sure that's a picture of you Dave; not sure the transformation to how you are today is tenable.
I don't remember you wearing slippers when we rode the two tunnels either.
