Well I'm bringing 2-pairs of Edingdale speakers, but they are for collection by there new owners. They didn't work well first time around so unless we can find a corner of the room they will work in, IF i have some spare room I'll bring the small Edale Standmounts. But not promising.

has anybody that's coming to owston got a couple of small ferrite beads they could let me have. I'm ideally looking for 3mm ish hole but anything like that will do.

Local Maplin show them in stock but the shop assistant insists they don't have them...seems a bit extravagant to order a zillion by post.

Hi Ed

The biggest I've got is only 2mm bore, but only got 2 left.

Try e-bay for "ferrite bead" there is a large selection (276).

PS

I'm leaving by 9AM this morning but will bring my 2 anyway just in case.

Cheers Paul.

I go to Barnetby-le-wold first for a bit of train spotting and to sample the delights of the local chip shop.

Should be at Owston by mid afternoon.

Indeed. One day I'll make one of these meets and learn a lot... the more I read and play around, the more I realise just how much there is to learn...
