B&Q (diy.com) have a 20% of all power tools sale on.

I've always wanted a decent Dremel - I got a Dremel 4000 kit (loads of grinding bits and cutting discs etc.) for 50 quid - that's HALF of what Screwfix & Toolstation charge for the same thing.

They've also got discounts on most power tool accessories - typically it's a "3 for 2" where the cheapest one is free.

if you know what you're after, there's some reasonable stuff there...

There are some *REALLY* tough butterflies out there :)

The 4000-series is actually pretty robust- I've been using the cutting discs to cut steel conduit and it's a world apart from what Dremels were in the past - the 4000 has a variable-speed 175W motor. Very pleased so far.

I've got a few old coins from my Mum to research.

One looked like it was gold, research revealed it was a 1752 Austrian 1 Ducat coin.

Worth quite a lot if it wasn't a Readers Digest copy made of Zamak.

Next one up is a 1935 commemorative crown, face value 5/- but likely worth a bit more.

Bit more research.

One is an 1887 double florin, only minted for a few years.

Mastermind
back in the 1970s my memory doesn't say anything about this being difficult. I downloaded this, it's free, but crikey, I can't find anything easy about it....setting it on 4 places the best I can do is 6 moves and setting it on 5 places it's just embarrassing....

in fact, much easier to design and write the code than actually playing it...
