Yep, that's a must do.

I'm now fairly certain it's not digestion based. I used to suffer from shoulder/neck pain and headaches, but this "new" pain almost seems as if the problem has moved.

Gaviscon had no effect this time, but a large Ibuprofen did. I deliberately held off the Ibuprofen for a while (despite the pain) to see what did, or did not help. Now I know.

The Doctor (Dr Bone  ) reckons it IS a digestive problem.

I've to take my Omeprazol twice a day for a month and see if the problem re-occurs. Previously I'd only taken them as required.

After the month I've to wait and see.

Good. If it is that I've been there , done it. I found it hard to believe that chest pains, that felt mortal, were indigestion.
But there you go!

The call to breakfast having been much appreciated, the sun shines out on the science hall dome in the university city of Tartu ... I'm off to Riga today.

Estonia gets 11/10. Rather fanciful, I know, but I feel I could live here.

This reminded me of a liveried company dinner I attended some years ago and where the waitress attending my table clearly was of foreign extraction. I asked her from whence she hailed:
"Riga"
"Ah, Riga. Do you know Europe's largest organ is in Riga?"
"My boyfriend lives in Riga."

I let her pour me another glass of Chambertain '71. :bounce:

A traveller to all three republics rated the friendliness of the people as 1st in Lithuania, 2nd Latvia and 3rd Estonia. It would be interested to hear your opinion Andrew.
I would like to visit all three countries probably as side trips to our annual pilgrimage to Gdansk. Rail Baltica will offer an easy way to visit them all. Railways aren't very well joined up there currently and people use buses.
