The names Nanook.
Oh well, you and Jammy will get on well, you both seem to be incapable of posting anything of interest. When you joined, your justification was "I want to discuss audio". You haven't done any of that in over 40 posts, so I have deactivated the account.

The air quality is actually ok. Odd place. Typically lovely showpiece airport with noone in it, and Baku has almost no buildings over two stories.

Nice coffee though :)

Mandatory audio content: Azerbaijan Airlines' inflight headsets are without doubt the crappiest of any I've ever seen...

Coffee is always to be reckoned with. I wonder how much has changed ( two stories) then as it was 35 years ago or so. Glad your enjoying things though.

Trying to relax and listen to some music, then the bass sounds all blurred and overdone, take the needle up, go outside , there's a police helicopter hovering about 200ft above the road, some flashing blue lights just visible 100 yards away near the roundabout. Wish they'd just bugger off !!

More likely "Step away from the horn..."

I woke up at 3AM with a terrible pain in the chest.

I got up and had a cup of tea and a 400mg Ibuprofen. After a while I got worried so dialled 111, they sent me a paramedic, and he sent me to A & E Bury St Edmunds.

The pain had gone by 04:30

After 6 hours in hospital and lots of tests they can't find anything wrong with me.

So now I'm home and taking it easy. :D

Too much curry and not enough fluids ( no alcohol) !!?

Hope all continues well after all.

Scary stuff Phil - hope all is well and it's just a one-off. Any follow-up tests planned ?

Police eventually left around 12:15am - they weren't looking for me, after all.

Totally different pain, so I doubt it.

But who knows ?

Yeah very different pain but often caused by the same thing, leaky eosophagus/hiatus hernia I.e. what millions of people take lanzoprazol for.

It sounds familiar to a one off I had that a surgeon told me was most likely indigestion, a continuum of mild dyspepsia to agony that more than a few have likened to a heart attack.

Still, what do I know, all imho.
