I confess I've been watching the Mandlorian - great escapism in these "interesting times" - just like the original Star Wars stuff - simple and effective plot lines but now with fantastic production values. Great fun & visually stunning. Space cowboys films...

There's nowhere you can be that isn't where you're meant to be

Officially it's on Disney+, but I've heard that it can be watched (illegally) elsewhere ...

Have you any recommendations for an app that works like Ride with GPS but works for snail pace walkers.
I've used RGPS in the past with hugely varying degrees of accuracy - too slow for the satellites to keep up!? But RGPS just doesn't work for walkers like me anymore.

I've several months experience with it and it has always worked. It's ver easy to use and you get good information, which can be synced to other 'Under Armor' apps like 'MyFitnessPal' or, with a little effort, can be uploaded to other apps, like Strava. When you register you'll get a dashboard on the website that keps a calendar of all your walks.
Sorry, I couldn't resist!

Fell even further into sad git territory.
I wanted a mint copy of level 42, so went on discogs for the first time to buy one.
Strangely i havent used discogs before to buy anything, ive only looked at the site for info.
Of course to buy you have to have an account, so i duly did that.
There is a thing on the account that allows you to catalogue your collection.
So like a sad git, thats what im doing. A few at a time.
It gives you a running total of what its worth based on the selling prices of the discs you put in, a base price if the records and sleeves are abit nasty, a median price if thet are ok and a high price if thet are mint.
Found a few already that are worth a few quid if they are in decent condition.
Apparently people have paid nearly 600 quid for mint mofi dark side of the moon copies around 250 for a mint copy of in the land of grey and pink by caravan, and 80 quid for a mint original copy of dirt by alice in chains
Ill hang on to mine....
