By-pass still closed. All cordoned off with screens, cranes working behind there. Security guards told me it was a Porsche 4x4 , two killed, 'stuff everywhere' . Unlikely it hit anything else at 11pm, road would have been empty. Grim business, seems more tragic after me walking through beautiful spring countryside, spring lambs, cherry blossom on trees etc.

You know it's bad when they use screens.

In the OLDEN DAYS it was possible to buy sensible stuff...

I'm looking for a miniature 10K or 20K LOG pot with a switch on the back - these typically should have an M7 bush for panel mounting...

Can I find one? Can I heck...

No one seems to make pots with switches any more, especially not stereo ones. Let me know if you find any!
The world looks so different after learning science. For example, trees are made of air, primarily. When they are burned, they go back to air, and in their flaming heat is released the flaming heat of the Sun which was bound in to convert air into tree.

Best I could find was a 10k pot with switch, not stated log or lin - but it's probably not miniature either - looks like 9 or 9.5mm thread, prob 3/8" .
Sorry .

Wonder how much my 100uF+100uF WKZs are worth...

Could probably buy some really nice OPTs and a big box of oil motor runs :-)

And lots of fakes around - :(

I saw pictures a while back, someone was getting "unconvincing performance" out of one he'd bought off Internet, so cut the can open, it was hollow with a small and cheap bog-standard PCB 'lytic inside.
