My next door neighbour went to one of the recent Black Sabbath farewell gigs at the O2. Finding him overcome with fatigue in the queue, a very nice young lady took him to one of many comfy sofas that had been provided for the purpose. Don't remember that happening last time I saw Sabbath!
The world looks so different after learning science. For example, trees are made of air, primarily. When they are burned, they go back to air, and in their flaming heat is released the flaming heat of the Sun which was bound in to convert air into tree.

Bwahahahahaha! Brwillyunt, I'd forgotten about "Emergency Food Mode" on the forum.

Traditionally wasn't it our-Simon who would ask "what you having for tea " or such like and then various food stuffs get discussed?

Benghan Bhartha with Paneer, Basmati Rice and Roti tonight actually.

Someone at the Audio Jumble gave me a bug - sore throat, headache, small temp. 48hour normal time span for it to develop.

Anyway din-dins belly pork slices and mashed potato. Big (enormouse [sic]) cup of tea and a Lemsip.

If you snort Lemsip through a straw it's much more effective.

I hope you recover soon, some of those bugs can be debilitating.

Pub? I didn't think they went in for that sort of thing where you are.

Of course they do. This is Dubai, not Abu Dhabi or Sharjah for goodness' sake...

If there's money in it, here, they'll do it ! Within reason, naturally :)
